Fields of interest in translation
Coming from a background in technical translation, I translate documents from different fields: food-processing industry and agriculture, crafts, marketing, games among them.
Agriculture
As part of my master, I wrote a dissertation on urban agriculture and permaculture. From this research and my personal readings, I gained a good comprehension of the domain and a capacity to work in agriculture, the food-processing industry and sustainability.
Website and marketing translation
As a student and as a Localisation Project manager, I have worked on websites and gained insight on how to translate and manage them. From the titles to the keys, I am an expert in seamless and efficient translations, providing a clear and comprehensive experience to your clients.
Knitting and crocheting
Next to my connected work, I enjoy having a physical and creative outlet to help stay in the present. An avid knitter and crocheter for three years, I have mastered various techniques. I bring this expertise and experience to my work when translating patterns and books for starters or experts, focusing on a foolproof translation and checking for technical errors.
Games in various forms
From video games to board games and roleplaying games, I know how the gaming industry is vital today in everybody's life. I offer translation and proofreading of your game in various formats (strings, gaming notices, character sheet...) to ensure an immersive and most memorable experience to your players.
